A native of Decatur, Cameron Collier left his Midwest roots in 1997 to attend the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Cameron graduated from USNA in 2001 with a B.S. in Control Systems Engineering and began training as a Naval Flight Officer in Pensacola, FL. After nearly ten years of active service in carrier-based jet aircraft, Cameron and his family returned to Indiana to pursue a career in financial planning.
Joining Jehl & Kreilach in 2010, Cameron manages a branch office for the team in his hometown of Decatur. He holds both the Certified Financial Planner ® and Certified Kingdom Advisor ® designations. Passionate about stewardship and helping others who desire to grow in generosity, Cameron offers Biblically-based financial planning advice to those interested in integrating their faith with their finances.
Cameron remains active as an officer in the Navy Reserve, currently serving as an instructor with the Naval Leadership and Ethics Center in Newport, RI. In 2016, he was promoted to the rank of Commander. Cameron and his wife Mary live in Decatur with their sons Barrett and Ethan and daughter Evelyn. Cameron was elected in November of 2011 to serve on the City Council for Decatur and is actively engaged in several community development initiatives throughout the region.
